Olin East Alton IL/ UHC question

Anyone here know whether the Olin's UHC policy excludes WLS? A quick call to the insurance company says its covered if medically necessary, but I dont know a soul who had the policy thru Olin that has had the surgery approved. Any input appreciated! (prayers too!)
