I hit over haff a centry!!!

Jeff I HATE BREAKFAST!!!!!!!!! So I drink 1 Isopure protien shake in the morning instead of eating something... it has 300 calories, 50 grams of protien and I think 24 carbs. I have tried the variety pack and like all the flavors but vanilla I think I sent the link to where I bought it but if you need it again let me know... You can get it at GNC but its 2x as much than the place I order it from. I showed the nutritional info to my surgeon yesterday and he said thats perfect... But each surgeon is different... So check with yours.. debby
