Vitamins

Hello Lora, I went to have my Nutrition Eval on monday and i told her about flinstones she said there is a new vitamin and they sell it at Walgreens and is for us WLS people it is called OPTISOURCE it is a chewable. They also offer a protien drink that comes in a juce box size and she said that i will only need to drink 2 a day. I hope I have helped .
