HELP!! AETNA DIETICIAN NEEDED!!

I am a doctor Cahill patient. I need a dietician approved by aetna. I will even pay out of my pocket. I have to get a dietician consult to be approved by aetna, but I don't think Dr. Cahill requires it. Could someone help me?

Lisa, I have a suggestion for you - why don't you call Aetna and ask them for a dietician that is part of their provider list? Or you can go on their web site and see if they list a dietician provider that they approve of. I go on their site on occasion because my DH has Aetna and find info.

Hi. I'm one of Dr. Cahill's Patients. Dr. Cahill DOES require you to have a dietician.. we'll nutritionist. Her name is Lisa Micetich, R.D, LD. She's great and really sweet. Have you been there to see him? She comes into the picture and shows you what you will be eating and will call you at every new food stage once post-op. But I'm sure you can talk to her since she is a Licensed Dietician. This is her number: 708-229-5429. Leave her a message and she'll call you right back. Thanks Gracie, I have been to my consultation and I got a list of doctors I needed to see, but a dietician wasn't on the list. I have made appointments with the doctors he told me to see. I will call the office Monday and see if I can see Dr. Micetich.
