The wait begins.....

Well, here we go.....The Bariatric Nurse Coordinator called and said that all of my information and records have arrived, and she's sending the whole packet in today. I wrote a personal letter outlining all of the comorbidities and how all of them together cause me to be covered under the "Americans with Disabilities Act" and how I "certainly hoped that my insurance company did not unlawfully discriminate against the disabled." He, I figure every little advantage may help, plus, I wanted to let them know that I will be appealing if they decide to deny. TICK-TOCK....TICK-TOCK....TICK-TOCK....TICK-TOCK....

Dawn, I JUST finished all my requirements for the surgery...now I am doing the waiting game too! I am WAITING for my PCP to fax over all the test results. Then they submit it to the insurance...It is rough isn't it??? I want to run to my PCP get the paperwork and run it to the surgeon. I know there are other patients but I sometimes forget that... Hi, I also am in the waiting game, after dealing with BTC insurance dept., I am finally in the system.....waiting for the APPROVAL!! it stinks......I hate waiting......I want it to happen now, today, yesterday!!!!!
