BCBS of Illinois 12 month medically supervised diet

Hi everyone.... We also have BCBS PPO of Illinois and are currently on our second month of supervised doctors visits. My question is...do you also have to see a nutritionist monthly too or is a visit with your PCP qualify for this insurance? We are discussing our "diet" and exercise regiman with him to document on our records. We want to make sure we have all our ducks in a row so 10 months from now we can both be approved without a huge hassle from the insurance company. Thanks...Wendy
