Just wanted to say hi

Feb 7th was my wls its been 3 months. i'm down 53 lbs i was wearing a 3x today i wore a XL for the first time. how is every one else doing?

Hi! My surgery was 3/17 and so far 42 pounds. Feeling great and fitting in to old clothes so all is good. No issues with food, water, protein drinks or vitamins. Congrats on your weight loss! Peggy

Hi Daisy. I'm glad your doing good. Wow, I'm Just now fitting into XL, they fit loose but they are perfect. My problem area is my stomach, so I'm just fitting into 16s. They fit perfect. Congrats and Keep up your weightloss! Gracie 270/178 28# to Doc's Goal 38# to Personal Goal
