Support Group in north western IL?

I have my surgery on the 20th, and I'm looking for a local support group. I live in Zion, IL which is almost in Wisconsin.

Amy, you're probably looking for a group in northeastern IL rather than northwestern. My sister lives in Waukegan, so I know that's too far to go to Rockford or Belvidere, but Harvard or McHenry may work.
