Karen Thomas support group leader

Does anyone know where Karen Thomas ( Bariatric Coord) from ENH has gone. I just got an updated list for upcomming support group meetings which said that she has left ENH. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks V

I don't know, but I wish I did. I didn't know she was gone until I called to ask a question and was told she was no longer with them. I was very sad! I will be interested to know where she has gone also!

Oh no! I missed one month and she's gone. My sister works with a lot of hospitals in the area and I'll ask her to check around. She's at NIMH in McHenry and their BC just left, too.

Is she doing Bariatrics there also?? She is the most awesome person!!!! She never made you feel like you were bothering her with any questions. I always told her and even told Dr Frantzides that she wasn't paid enough!!! She was such an important assest to ENH program and she will be MISSED VERY MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi All- I'm fairly new to this board, but I do know that Karen Thomas has been wooed away to Weiss Hospital. Her last meeting was Feb. I'm sorry I don't know her name, but the lady who organized the clothing drive took everyone's email addresses at the last meeting and is planning to let everyone know if/when Karen can establish new meetings thru Weiss. She has been hired there as their Bariatric Cooridinator for their new Bariatric Surgical program-this was a terrific opportunity for her!

Correction: She's been hired as director of their program not coordinator. Sorry!
