Did you move to lose today?
Hi Everyone
Well it looks like March is coming in like a Lion here...it started to snow around 10:00 am this morning and has not stopped. I would guess we have at least 4 or 5 inches. And they said at the end of this coming week it's going to be in the 60's?
Ok, I can't wait to see that.
Today was my day off. Did some situps

Did the basic sit up, head raise towards knees with knees bent, 25reps. Did them side to side 25 reps per side. Then did the bicycle 25 reps per side. Then sat up in a V stance and used some weights I had and did the obliques by touching the weight to the ground from side to side....
