Hi Nancy, When you meet him you will think ok, this guy doesn't have a clue about us, as he is in such great shape but Nancy, he really cares and he knows exactly what we need. His program he worked out for me just ROCKS! My PS went nuts over the condition I am in and said he had never seen anything like it and if his other WLS patients would do this the results would be fantastic. Stay tuned on that as we shall see when I get done with my surgeries My surgeon when nuts also. He also spotted me getting in trouble eating wise before I even had a clue. I was not eating enough and he could tell and he keep hitting over the head with it until I got it I would drive hours to work with him Get ready for the next step in this journey, he will teach you how to lose and keep it off for life (exercise wise) Take care, Kathy
