Need help finding someone to Fill band-moved here from KY

Hi! I had a lap-band performed almost 3 years ago and have reached my goal a few months ago (lost 200 lbs). I had my surgery in Louisville KY, as I was living nearby. In Sept., I moved to west central IL and currently see Dr. Debord in Peoria. I definitely need to find a new doctor and was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction. My problem... I have a medical card and Dr. Debord is the only one that I know of that accepts the card. He was the only doctor referred to me by my family physician when I moved here. I know there's got to be others out there, and I'm definitely willing to travel. Can anyone suggest a physician to do my band adjustments... anywhere from Springfield to the Quad Cities area? That's within a couple hours driving distance for me, but would be more than willing to travel farther to find a different physician. Like I said... I go to Dr. Tull in Jacksonville. Im not sure if he takes the medical card because i was self-pay but you could still find out. He is moving to the Clinton Baratric Center in May. There are good doctors there also.

Was there a problem with Dr Debord? Have you tried to switch to anyone else in the practice? There are 4 docs in the practice that do the surgery, and I am going to a different one.
