Hello everyone

I was just thinking it will be 6th year anniversary soon.  Wow...6 years.  And my life has changed a lot....it's not even recognizable to what it was before.  Not that my life was bad before.  It's just that much better now!!!!

I found this website that sells used name brand clothes and purses!!!  I was in the market for a new purse.  My old purse is looking ragged.  I was going to treat myself to a nice purse at Khols or Jc Penney, I was planning on spending about $40-$50....well I got a used Coach purse for $58!!!  When all was said and done I got the purse and 4 sweaters for $85.  It was my one big splurge since before Christmas.  I have been so busy trying to save money.

I am also needing to find a dress now.  From what I hear you have to do it now.  Well I felt that I could put if off longer...apparently not is the consensus of my friends.  I just want a simple no frills dress....but a dress none the less.

So today I am doing nothing but working.  Exciting stuff.

Well back to work...see ya later.

Good morning everyone,

How is everyone? I hope everyone is staying warm. One thing I have to do today and that is to go to Target today at some point to get a few things and one of my meds. from the pharmacy and play it by ear the rest of the day.

I'm happy to see my NSV & WLS story has been posted on this wonderful sit this morning. It's up on their main page about Zip lining WLS Journey. Also I added the link to my profile.

I better get going. Got things to do now. Have a great day everyone. Time for me to hit the trail .

Too dangerous to walk. Even I have driven the last several work days.

I will be off to work shortly too. Just another Monday. I would like it to be a bit warmer when i leave. The good thing is I am working in Streator today and tomorrow, the bad thing is it takes longer to warm up the car then to drive. No, I can't walk, it is almost 2 miles away.

Hugs,

Lisa

Happy Sunday,

Only 6 more days until March. It sounds good.

Hubert brought me a huge birdfeeder yesterday. It has 3 tubes, and they combined, take about 5 lbs of bird seed. I will hang it later today, when I brave the snow that is still on the ground, to get to the feeder station.

I am putting a beef roast in the crock pot, then I am going to see what Hubert has finished on the apartment. I haven't been up there since before the carpet and flooring have gone in.

Otherwise, not much is happening. Just getting stuff ready for the work week.

Hugs,

Lisa
