Attendance Sheet

I don't have one in my packet to take to support group. Was I suppose to have one in there. I'm going to St Vincents in Carmel. I have this friend of mine that had weight loss surgery 5 years ago in Michigan and she told me I can go anywhere as long as I go to one support group is that true ? I might have to weight untill the second week of the month if not, thanks Jazzy ! Do you know why they won't let you go to other support groups because they are all peoples stories on the surgery.
