Whaddo I do?!?!?!??!? Ok, outburst over.... So, anyone got any ideas to share with me for when I want something really sweet and still need to sit at my desk and work? Thanks! Toni in Memphis

I love the Slim Fast Peanut Butter Crunch bar - tastes like a Butterfinger with only 120 calories. Chelle 291/261/145

I make sugar-free, fat-free puddings (all varieties) and put fat free cool whip on top and I love them. I was eating sugar free eskimo pies, but had to stop. susan 244/192/160

Toni, I read in Shape Mag this month that a tooties pop is one of the lowest cal real candy to have. So I bought a bag of mini ones and you can have three for 45 cal. Good Luck Sharon

Thanks for the ideas everyone. I decided to go get a tootsie pop and that solved my problem. Of course, it wasn't the tiny one, so I will have to go shopping for a few little goodies to help me stay on track. Thanks!!!!

I'll keep frozen Andes mints in the freezer and have one from time-to-time or some weeks every night as a mini-dessert if I need something sweet. It really does the trick for me and is only 25 calories each. ~Alyssa

Hi Toni - congrats on the growing-smaller-and-smaller butt I'm blessed because I can live without candybars... but sometimes I just think I've gotta have one.... so I get one of the itty bitty Hershey's minis.... that way I'm not tempted to take another bite, cause there's not one and that sugar shock usually makes me glad I don't have the rest of the candy bar.... lol Good luck finding that one item that will help you kick the craving Jamie
