Ive done my wlaking all but yesterday, it was terrencial rains here. Im trying very hard (despite my handicaps) to increase my wlaking. I began at about 3 blocks and tonight I did about 7 blocks. that is a dropin a bucket for most ,but for me it is like walking a hundred miles...

Hi ya I went for a walk through the shops today for 1- 1/2 hours and thyen my partner Cath got home we have the royal show on here in Perth so we walk the show for 5hours the first long walk since surgery. I feel tired but Im ok
