A few pics

I promised some vanity pics from the gym on my last post and thought I'd throw in a couple from today too.  We finally have some warmth and sun in Alaska so we were at the park all day!  I'll post a before pic as well.  Thanks for looking!!

Ok... I really really remember seeing your BEFORE pics several times, but what the heck happened!!  You SHRUNK!! A LOT!!  I had no idea you looked so different now! 

I can't believe my eyes... probably some of the best before and after pics I've seen!

I am really impressed that you are working on becoming a personal trainer too.  I always wanted to do something like. 

Ya know, so people don't do what you're doing... they just continue the same unhealthy lifestyle that got them FAT in the first place.  So you should be very proud that your have made such a big change!  HUG!

Hi Frank, I'm not sure which pictures you are talking about.  The pics in my profile?  I tried to take the majority of my before and afters in the same outfit untill it simply fell off!!  I can litteraly stand in one leg of those pants now and put my daughters (8 and 3) in the other leg!!  Good luck on your journey!  I promise it'll be amazing!!

Thank you Joan!  I really do love the gym and I want to be sure that I can back up what I teach come Febuary when I get my Certified Personal Trainer degree and start working!!
