Wow you look amazing, awesome shape you have, what a huge accomplishment, I love to see the band working for people for so long, it emphasizes my decision to have the band and not RNY.......no honeymoon, it's the same from day 1 to day 500.

Let's have a toast (with SF tea) on your honor. You have inspired me tremendously! I am schedule to have my surgery on 8/18 and right now I asm on my pre op diet. I find it extremely difficult and even when at times I might "cheat" a little, I am sticking with it. I have not weighted myself yet so I have no idea how is it doing but I am striving. Your post and pictures have been a great help, than you! By the way, you look awesome!

I only hope I can do as good as you have. Keep it up and God bless!
