Thanks for sharing.  I really, really needed some inspiration tonight.  I'm going on a business trip and trying on all of my clothes to find things that are comfortable.  Looking in the mirror I am very unhappy with what I see (though happier than I was 40 lbs ago).  Seeing your progress makes me so hopeful and encouraged about this wonderful tool.  Thanks again!
