I just got my dvd today so I tried it out. I did 4 minutes. Thats right, I said FOUR (and that was a struggle) I can't do even one real push up and my thighs are still burning an hour later. holy geez I suck!
Thank goodness I popped this in the dvd player before the 1st though cuz thats when I am starting Bella's exercise challenge. This gives me 5 days to get some sort of build up to doing the full work out.

I walk about 3miles it takes an hour and I go to Curves, not very hard, I know I have to kick it up a knotch if I want to make my goal in June. I see they sell it at Walmart, It sounds like PAIN!
I am wondering should I still try? one thing for me is to just challenge myself to get moving. I have not been dedicated to it at all over this journey. I hope you will join us. We can inspire one another
