What Are We Eating This Thursday?

OK time to get honest.  It was birthday day here at work... everyone brought in goodies. 

E: coffee and bite of the coffee-red velvet goey bars I baked for party
B: 1-2 bites each: coffee-red velvet goey bars, chocolate peanut butter brownie, chocolate eclair cake with sugar free pudding, pecan bun and a sugar free pudding phylo cup (for good measure)
L: chicken parmesan with 1/3 cup pasta
S: see breakfast, minus sugar free pudding desserts
D: meatballs

Today's menu might be what pushes me to actually exersize tonight... I feel sick with myself

Hello all,

B - oatmeal
L - 1/3 turkey wrap with mustard and 5 triscuits with laughing cow chz
S - 1/2 a brownie 
D - hubby is making manicotti but I may just have a salad and just try a bite of his - we'll see :-)

W:  Body Step and Body Pump Class Tonight!!!  WOOHOOO I need to relieve some stress that has built up today and that is just the way to do it.  Have a great night!!!

B : If noon is considered breakfast, 2 halves deviled eggs made with
      shrimp and bacon YUMMY!
L:  turkey meatloaf
D:  seafood gumbo (if I fini****)
