B: 1/2 protein bar
L: 1/3 beef hoagie (no bun) with cheese and marinara
D: either pizza or homemade chicken tenders

B:  tight until noon, planning to have a poached egg,
      2 slices low sodium bacon, 1 slice provolone cheese

L:  shrimp and spinach salad, or wilted spinach w/shrimp

D: gumbo

water, gr tea, cystal light

D:  Steamed chicken with broccoli and 2 tablespoons of sauce.
S:  Strawberry Sorbet Protein Shake.


I finally ordered some steamed take out from our chinese place and it is SO good.  I don't know why I was so scared to try it.  LOL
