What Are We Eating This Monday?
B: Oatmeal with extra protein
L: Shrimp
D: Turkey meatballs
S: Peanut Butter Special K Snack Bar.
I go see Dr. Heider today. I am not sure I'm getting a fill. I'm pretty tight.
W: 2 miles on the treadmill or 45 minutes on the elliptical
If you add it in when it's warm, it congeals and is nasty. So I always mix it in with my oatmeal and then put the water in.
10 extra grams of protein because of it...worth it!
Early: Coffee with creamer
B: 1/2 protein bar and 2 bites of sausage
L: Either a tuna kit or some sort of protein from hospital cafe.
D: Pulled pork leftovers (unless my husband already ate them!) or Morning Star chicken nuggets.
Exercise: Running around outside with my 2 and 3 year olds.
B: DD turkey sausage flatbread tearing off excess flatbread
L: I dunno... something to grab near JC Penny cause I need a second pair of sneakers to keep at work so I will actually walk, bringing them back and forth itsn't working
D: Patty's Lemon Chicken and asparagus
Walk for an hour if I can find some shoes

W: Jillian Michaels 30 day shred/ 1.5 Miles treadmill (2 miles towards Fitness Challenge)
B: boiled egg, decaf coffee
S: 4 oz. non-fat cottage cheese snack pack, caffeinated coffee (can't function at work without it!)
L: vegetable beef stew, 4 oz. non-fat chocolate pudding snack pack, water
S: Choblani plain yogurt (maybe - not sure if I'll be hungry yet)
D: shrimp and collard greens
Exercise: got to get back on the treadmill after 6 weeks of fractured shoulder!
