L: DH bought me a lunchable to try. 250 cals, Has chicken, veggie cream cheese spread and crackers.
S: Greek Yogurt w/ kashi go lean crunch (got class tonight)
S: Tuna salad if Im still hungry by the time I get home.
B: Oatmeal w/ peanut butter
L: Turkey wrapped in cheese w/ mustard and a pickle (were thinking the same here today Nikki :)
D: Grilled chicken w/vegetables
W: 50 minute walk outside

D: Grilled shrimp with garlic and spinach!
I'm baking tonight for an event, pray for me to have the strength to not do too much tasting!
