L: Lunch meat wrapped in a pickle slice w/ mustard
S: NF Latte
D: Meatloaf & Brocc, bite or two of mashed taters.
W: 50 mins elliptical

Start/293lbs   Current/189lbs  Goal/160lbs

Early: Coffee w/ cream
B: Turkey sausage and 1 slice ezekiel bread
S: More coffee...
L: DH bought me a lunchable to try. 250 cals, Has chicken, veggie cream cheese spread and crackers.
S: Greek Yogurt w/ kashi go lean crunch (got class tonight)
S: Tuna salad if Im still hungry by the time I get home.

L- I won a free lunch for office from the local radio station.  It is from Jersey Mike's (subs/salads).  I'll probably pick the fillings out of a sub sandwich and eat that.

D - tilapia
S- activia yogurt (found out I really need this)

L: Big Ed's (downtown country cooking recipe, lunch specials change daily-we shall see what this brings)
D: Dunno ... either Mexican or going to a baseball game, so ball park food

It's all good though, I can make it work anywhere!

B:  2 kashi crackers, a sip of juice, fiber one and almond milk

L:  Mushroom barley soup, portobello mushroom and chilean sea bass

S:  Protein Bar

D:  Grilled shrimp with garlic and spinach!

I'm baking tonight for an event, pray for me to have the strength to not do too much tasting!

W: 20 min running,  20 min arc trainer and 20 min strength training!
