What Are We Eating This Monday?

I really need to get back on track. So, I am doing the protein shake thing my dr recommends that I told him was ridiculous. LOL
B: Iced protein coffee
S: Fru-Fru gas station coffee
L: Protien shake
D: Protein shake or salad w/ chicken breast. Not sure yet. It depends on how hungry I am.

Early: Coffee w/ cream
B: couple bites of shredded wheat w/ skim.
S: more coffee...dont know why Im so tired lately. Slept ALL WEEKEND :(
L: Chili and a couple crackers.
D: SUSHI!!! Finally getting my sushi fix. Cat wait for the salmon shashimi and Im gonna try philly roll. Last time I was able to eat some of the spider roll with rice in there. We are going to a Japanese steak house, so I should be able to pick at my sushi for a while while everyone else is having the teppanyaki cooked.
