Tonight is 60-min weight circuit followed by 30-60 mins (depending on how I feel) on the treadmill

I'm down 49.8 lbs this morning.  Yay!

Also?  Grilled Cheese Sandwhich = not a good idea.  I tried it for dinner last night and let's just say it didn't stay in my stomach if you know what I mean.

E: Coffee w/ cream
B: Protein shake. I used cold coffee w/ splash of skim to save on cals from all the milk. It was OK.
L: Deli Creatons cracker w/ chicken. These are SOO good. 270 cals/13 g protein. its rotisserie chicken, garden veggie cream cheese and grain crackers with a mini Toblerone. YUM!
S: Oh Yeah! protein drink
D: Didnt get to make my avacado/mango salad last night so Its a good night to make it today.

B: No-fat greek yogurt w/blueberries and 1/4 cup Kashi Go Lean
S: Iced decaf coffee with Unjury protein
L: ?? going out to lunch with work friend
S: 1 wedge Laughing Cow with 2 Wheat thins flatbreads
D: Leftover rotisserie chicken and some kind of veggie.

L:  Turkey hoage with the top of the roll removed and I'll rip off chunks of the bottom too.  I need just enough bread so that I still feel like I am eating a hoagie without eating much of the bread. :)
