Okay I am in. I do not have any fill yet but I am going to do this for my motivation.

Ending is 195

I know I should make it a little higher, but I am going to work really hard at this.

I'm 201 right now. I'd like to be at 190. I leave for a cruise on 12/23, so my last weigh-in day will be 12/22. I think this is a reasonable goal.
