I am currently so frustrated. I have gotten my eating back on track but I am having severe hypoglycemia issues. The dr doesn't know wtf is going on and I am around 2000cals a day to keep my sugar up and I am afraid to exercise because of it. It often has little warning. Any advice is appreciated otherwise I'm just venting.

Have you tried high protein, only whole grain carbs???  Are you stalled because of the 2000 cal per day??  I think you need an endocrinologist and nutritionists advice with this issue.
I would cut the exercise, go on a diabetic diet and make those appointments with the people who can help you.  Hypoglycemia can be dangerous.
Let us know what you find out.

unfortunately the docs & nut have looked at me & said make sure I have protein with carbs..which I do. My planned meals are around 1400 cals, but I end up drinking juice or grabbing something more to eat. I would like them to test me for addisons but getting an endo that doesn't look at me and say its my weight is the hard part

There are a lot of reasons for hypoglycemia (nurse here) I would get to a major medical center and get a top notch endocrinologist.

I've yet to find an endo to listen. My reproductive endo is good about listening but she's hesistant about treating me outside my pcos & such, the rest have been eat right and lose the rest of the weight then we'll see what's wrong. There are lots of great docs near detroit, but endos are lacking in my experience.
