Mixed bag of items
1. Well today is day 8 of liquids. That is going very well now I think I am over the worst of it as far as wanting food goes. My body seems to be accepting that it is only going to get liquids now.
2. Count down for surgery is 6 days (Ruth and Jackie are you both ready? have you packed yet?)
3. My big news I had a goal to be below 383 prior to surgery (that would put my bmi below 60) well as of this morning at Dr. Trieu's office I am 371. I just blew right past my goal.
I am so excited. I have lost a total of 43 pounds from my first consult in September. I am so ready for this and cant wait to be officially on the looser's bench.

that is wonderful and pre-op too. you have definately learned the skills to be successful after surgery. less than a week and it will be official!

I am not packed yet, but i am SSSSSSSOOOOOOOOOOOO ready! I go to see the nut tomorrow, Dr L at 1 then all my pre-op testing at 230! I can't wait! 
Seems like it's been forever since getting a date, but then it kinda feels like it's flown by! I'll definitely be thinking about you and Jackie next Monday! I wonder who is going to be the earliest? haha Good luck on the liquids! Kinda glad I don't have to start that till this weekend! I feel for you though! Wow, you are def on the loser's bench already!! Congratulations on a phenonemal pre-surg weight loss, You ard Ruth are going to be so far ahead of the game by next week..did you hear that???next week!!!!!! Oh my. We will honk you over and keep honking all day since there are 3 of you having surgery that day. We will be so tired what with the flying back and forth and the honking, but don't worry, you will be held by us-the greatest bunch of losers you will ever meet!!!!!!!!!
