i'm sure it will all work out. definately get him in to the docotors. i took kendall in on friday and he had strep and a double ear infection. we had 3 strep tests and all came back negative however the back of his throat was weaping with puss from the infection. go figure!

give him plenty of fluids, popsicles and rest. it will all work out for you.

I just got an apt. for 1:15, I think he has conjunctiveitis, so no biggie, just can't send him to work, cancel transportation for him, had things to do today, you know how it is when you have plans and a schedule to follow. i'm hoping the woman who is watchign him will still do it...

She should, if it is conjunc...it is ok once they start to treat, right?  There is a lot of strp going around, tho, so beware of that. Call the agency that works with you for other respite, or sick respite care, there have got to be contingency plans when the primary care just is not going to  do it...you can say that, you know, You have so been looking forward to this trip, don't cancel without a fight!!

she should take him, but I was thinking of not telling her, but she needs to know, 1st for his meds so she can continue and then for awareness for her client, not to use the same towels, ect.... she is wonderful, has been doing this for like 30 years so I'm sure she has seen it all. his eye is huge and red, i feel bad, he was complaining about it for 2 days, but I didn't see anything so just told him not to rub it. and this morning it was aweful.... not ***** tho, it will heal fast once he gets meds.

What a day is right, and it sounds to me as if your "little man" is pretty lucky to have you too! A mutual blessing!

So do you get to go to Boston after all? Did I tell you I lived in the Fenway for quite a few years? My husband had a used furniture shop there on Kilmarnock and we could open our windows in our 4th floor apartment on Peterborough and hear the game and the roar of the crowds!
