so my little man is gone for a week, is gone to work today, and going to parents tonight, and I will pick him up in am, bring bowling then he will be p/u by lady for Respite for rest of week. tonight, me and DH are going down south to try out Texas Roadhouse for dinner, then probably movie or bowling, then tomorrow after noon, me and big sis hanging out at garden center. yaaa hoooooo !!!! I can't wait to do my bowel prep. hehe... (not at garden center tho).... hope you all have a great weekend. cheryl

Cheryl! I really hope you have fun tonight and tomorrow! Enjoy this time and your "big" meal! I know I did! Don't regret it one bit either! I know we'll be able to eat some of that stuff again, just in much healthier portions. You've done really well already and I know things will keep progressing nicely for you! Don't sweat the bowel prep! It's just one day and then it'll all be over! Seems like you really enjoy taking care of your little man! You'll be so ready for him to come back to you after surgery! I hope you have a fun, peaceful, restful, and joyful weekend! I'll be thinking about you as you go through this! You're well on your way to the rest of your healthy life! Have a great weekend!!!!!! Thank you so much Ruth, I've really enjoyed your friendship and look foward to maybe someday doing that shopping trip we missed. Maybe after we both, meet a small goal or for a special occation. we can shop for a new outfit. AHHHH last meal...I never got that cause they surprised me with liquids, I did go out that night to a sushi restaurant, a first and had a nice meal but not my ultimate meal-like the Roadhouse for a great steak!!! I can't remember who dumped after the roll, I remember reading, I think it is becuase they are sweet rolls made with honey, so enjoy now, it will be awhile after!! Have a wonderful weekend, enjoy your time with DH and fam, That is the why. Love you girl!! K

no dumping here, which might be a problem, but the good thing is I don't like sweet desert things, so I feel safe there. but I love everything else....
