just got my first pedicure

I  been  54 years and i never had one either. lol I just might  try it sometime lol.

Ok, so I am the biggest redneck on this board I guess!  haha    I am so tactile defensive about my toes, I drive DH nutty cause I won't let him touch my feet!!  I actually had my daughter paint my toe nails light pink right after surgery..she thought I was nutty cause I've never done that before!  I don't think I could stand anyone messing with my toes for that long!  So, hope you all enjoy your pedi's......I think I'll pass..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   Ruth

haha, Ruth, I was pretty bad too.  They rub your feet with this seaweed/sand feeling stuff and I thought I was gonna die, It hurt, then he messaged my feet and I didn't like it. it hurt.  everyone kept saying "don't it feel good?" i'm like yeaaaaa!!! but inside i'm saying Hell NO?? how do you like this crap. haha, but I like the outcome, my toes are pretty now. might go for a partial next time, lol

Cheryl you are way too funny!!  I used to get my finger nails done and loved it but they are banned where I work so I stopped having them.  But I did like them.  It was the only thing I splurged on myself.

I love a pedicure.  Just to get me out of the house...I could get rubbed anywhere anytime.  I usually only get one once a year during the spring...or for a special occassion.  Now that we have the babies it would definitely be a treat.  I have a feeling I might be getting one as part of my mothers day gift...but I think if I do I will hold onto it until right before Vegas. It does seem like a lot though for feet...but it's a good treat.  Did you get the french on your toes..or painted a color?
