Sorry it has been so long
Hi everyone, Sorry it has been so long I have been back to work full time since April 30 and that has me really worn out. I get home and all I want to do is crash, plus with being on the computer all day at work the last thing I want to do at home is get on the computer. I have been doing alright with my fluid and protein and I have learn a couple of lessons. My pouch does not like eggbeaters. and the importance of waiting between drinking and eating. (I ate something without thinking and I had finished a glass of milk only 10 minutes prior). Other than that I am OK.

I've missed you Peggy! I totally understand about work! I'm so thankful that I am not going bac****il the 6 week mark! All this drinking and different foods feels like a full time job at times! Sorry you are so tired...I can only imagine! Glad you are doing pretty well otherwise! Please keep in touch and let us know how things are progressing!! Ruth
welcome back Peg, I can imagine going back to work and eating a new way is enough to make anyone tired. Yesterday and today I am feeling tired. not sure what is going on. but I know I'm home alone till 7:30 tonight, so the couch is looking pretty inviting.... hurry back to let us know how everything is going. talk soon, CHeryl
Hey Peg,
I went back on the 5th of May, and I have to say, even with my job, I am wiped out by the end of the day. I posted this and everyone came back and said start B 12, it takes a month for it to absorb or somthing, haven't got it yet but plan to go to GNC on Tuesday...suppose to help with energy.
