I want to Thank Ruth for the Red braclet and for all those who get one if the braclet is too big or bends funny from shipping there is a way of fixing the problem. Just boil some water, once the water is boiling, take the pan off the heat place the braclet in the water for just a few minutes it should put it back into place and shrink it. You can use a spoon or fork to move it around if you need to. Then place it into a cold dish of water to settle it. It should be nice and round and a little smaller. Hope it works Linda

Yes, thank you Ruth for the bracelet.... it was abit deformed, big isnt an issue since I have big wrists lol works for me :) Thanks again..... Lynn

I got mine, too and DH brought it over to the campground. It is a powerful message, helps remind me this journey is really NOT just about the weight. Health is what I am looking for!!! Thank you Ruth and Cheryl for the great idea.
