I haven't posted in a while, but I wanted to share with everyone that as of today I weighed 198.4 with my nightgown on. That is a 50.2lb loss in less then 3 months. I can't believe the difference in how I feel. I have so much more energy.

Juli, that is wonderful... great job.... i'm sure 50 lbs makes such a big difference. it is amazing how much 50 lbs. is, I bet you couldn't pick that up and here we are walking around with over that. no wonder our knees hurt...keep up the super work...CHeryl
