RNY I am not sure, prob around 600-700 per day 70-80mg per day No excuses, walk every day!!!! Hanging skin, not having the guts or money to have PS, and looking OLD My health, my health, my health!! and many more years to love on the grands!!

Your biggest concern so far:  Not being able to break through this stall and not being successful with this tool I've been given

What are you looking foward to the most when you reach goal:   being healthy and feeling like a million bucks!!!!!!!!!!
