There is a custard place on the way to Point Sebago, what are the nutrition facts about frozen custard? Is it lower fat than ice cream? What's the deal, I have SF fudgicles that float my boat!! Best I have been able to do, til last night. Without thinking, or maybe thinking it was no fat, I had a slice of angel food cake 22gr of sugar per slice, which I read AFTER i consumed it. Had it with berries and FF Cool whip. I stopped short and paniced, all I could think of was that poor girl in You Tube who filmed her dumping...but...I ws ok, nothing happened. I prob didn't have the slice the size of the serving, it was small, so that is what saved me, but geeesscch I can't believe I didn't read the label first. Oh, IT WAS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO goood!! hahahahaha and phew!

OMG Kate! Sooo glad you didn't get sick! Yikes! I've looked at the sugar free angel food cake a bunch, I love that sooo much, but I just can't justify it! Glad you are ok!!
