first fill bill in

get this... I just got the first bill for  the insurance.  they are covering 90% of my fills.  The TOTAL is $495.00.... does that make any sence??  MY GOD?this is what my DH looked like...

Is that what YOU have to pay or what the insurance is paying???  I'm confused, as usual!!!!  haha  Either way.....not cheap is it?   I agree with Kate though, when you compare it to $30,000...  hhmmmmmm    Tell DH you are DEFINITELY WORTH EVERY PENNEY OF IT!!!!!!!! 

yes, I understand the surgeries are different and RNY is more, but JUST the fill is $495.00. I had previously read dr's usually charge $150.00.  I just think a shot that takes about 30 seconds shouldn't cost that much, PLUS, its just saline.  shoot, I have poland spring water I'll bring in next time. haha.... I have to pay $49.00. insurance covers the rest.  My Lap surgery was about $16,000... I only used the OR for 45 mins. haha   but I told my DH, after a good restriction I should be all set for a while.  I really don't care, cause he spends that to go golfing and goes 4 times a WEEK??? so he better now argue the fact...

$49 isn't too bad....and you are STILL worth it! 

You are so worth it. So you get one more fill and find the sweet spot. You will be golden. Hopefully this next fill hits the spot.
