I drank a lot of crystal lite, decaf tea and ate sf jello to get my fluids in.

Amberlee, try some crystal lite, or drinks that are SUGAR FREE, non carb, no caffine... make sure you read the ingredients, not sure what your dr. says, about milk this soon out?? protein drinks. it is tough, but you need to get your water in, if you get dehydrated you could get very sick... take care adn hang in there. Gold Peak...I think it's kinda new...makes an ice tea that is amazing !!
I believe it's bottled by CocaCola...(??) They have Diet, Green Tea, Lemon, Sweetened & UNsweetened...I make my own...and the unsweetend is really close to "homemade"...you can check out their website...http://www.goldpeaktea.com/

I think if the tea is decaffinated you should be ok. Crstal light makes a lemon tea flavor too. I'm hooked on sugar free hawiian punch drink mixes right now...they are very tasty!! How about some low sodium broth? sugar free popsicles? I like the K2O pink lemonade drink mix too....5 g of protein, 40 calories though, tastes yummy too! I am hooked on the Powerade Zero they are new and cheap at rite aid. 99cents and they are 32 ounce bottles:-) They have b vitamins in them too.

I am a Crystal lite junkie, love the iced tea, decaf ice tea, lemonade etc.
Don't forget to sipsipsip-popsicles-SF tasted good to me, too.

Lipton makes a diet White Tea with Papya flavor that is really good. $1 at Shaw's. Also have a bunch of other flavors. Walmarts version of crystal light is actually better than the real stuff IMO. Also like Aquafina's flavored waters.

Currently I am hooked on True Lemon, True Lime and True Orange added to water. They are small packets of fruit crystals, no sweetner. They can be found in Hannaford or Shaws. They will either be located with the powdered drink mixes, the lemon juice or where the sweetners are located in the stores. My Shaws has the Lemon and Lime in with the artificial sweetner isle.

Hint: contact TrueLemon.com and them it was mentioned here and they will mail you a sampler pack in a handy plastic holder. Sorry for the advertising, but heck it's free (and good).
