I LOVE MY BAND
I know i'm talking too fast here, I mean before I loose any weight, and all, but what a wonderful tool this is to stop me from eating. I used to eat 3 chicken legs, salad and potato for supper , NO PROBlem, I just ate 3/4 of a chick leg, 3 slices of cucumber and I'm stuffed....and I don't mean I'm full, I mean if I ate one more bit i'd be sick. I've learned in just a week, the feeling I get when its time to stop. I thought I ate like a pig today and counted my calories and only had 1000 with change, cause I havn't been finishing my plate either. NOW that is my Wow moment. And the best part is I can eat anything I want, just 1/4 of what I used to eat. phew, need to move around a little...I'm anxious to see if I loose anything this month, I might just stay at this level, why get tighter, risk getting sick, as long as I'm loosing. TIme will tell....
