The start of liquid protein

Well today is day 1 of my liquid protein diet, my surgery date is 2 weeks from today and I have to be on liquids for the 2 weeks. I have to have 5 a day and any other calorie free liquids I want. I just finished my second protein drink and its 12:30, so far so good. Wish me luck or maybe you should wish my husband and kids luck, lol

you go girl, remember keep busy, so you don't think about food. You can do it. go to the movies or shopping, at least for a few days. YOur awesome. whoo hoo, before you know it, it will be over. Hugs, Cheryl

LOL....I remember my preop liquid diet.......yeah - stinks while you are going through it - but when it's all done - it's such a short blip in your life for the benefits you'll be gaining over the next few months.
