Well, tomorrow is my Plastic Surgery consult and guess what came today!! My period... so how am I to stand there naked and not drip blood all over the floor (I know, TMI sorry) I can't use tampons, they pinch my too curvey cervix. I don't want to cancel, what do I do??

Ugh - what is it with this period stuff? I'm having a period starting today after thinking I was through with this....sheese....

Are you totally unable to wear tampons - even for a couple of hours to get you through the appointment? I'm sure you will not be the first one to have this happen at the time of consult - they will work with you on a solution, I'm sure - but what a pain.....

They won't let you wear undies with a pad or something? thats what I would do....Im sure they have this issue before..there are a lot of people whom don't wear tampons.......you have prolly waited forever for this appt....I would let something like that stop you from going....Im sure they cant turn you away either.....good luck and let us know how it goes!

Wanna trade? Haven't had my TOM for going on 3 months now! YIKES!
I'm sure they'll let you wear a pad or something! I wouldn't stress about it! I'm sure they've dealt with this before!
