got this idea from MM, but shortening it up some....  here are 10 random facts about me.

I think we've done this before, but we're trying to call all you newbies...

1.  I'm fat and trying to figure this whole thing out, physically and mentally.  I'm a work in progress.

2. been married for 32 years April 2nd

3.  Love watching Tennis *(Australian OPen is on right now)

4.  LOVE LOVE LOVE shopping and decorating and cooking and gardens and crafting

5.  need to work on some family relationships, including my mom.  but mostly In-laws. 5 siblings and None of them talk to each other.  so frustrating, i've tried for 30 years to get them together but, if its not one thing or someone, its someone else. 

6.  This years goal is to call and make eye appt. so I can see.  Need glasses bad.  I've been working on other "ME things" since I quit my job 3 years ago.  I had a physical for first time in 25 years, mamo, paps.  had hystorectomy, wls, warts and lumps removed, had house renovated, now my eyes.

7. we live on a lake and spend most of our day's out on boat all summer long, not always making best healthy food and beverage choices.

8.  I have 2 kids 30 year old DD and 27 year old son, NO grandkids, and no rush to get any. 

9.  I have never been diagnosed but I believe to have Adult ADD and OCD.

10.  I love being alone.

Okay, I'll play.  Here are 10 random facts about me.

1.  I use a walker to walk very short distances at most.

2.  I have lived with Ray since 2001 and we have known each other since 1999.  We met on the internet.  He is disabled by chronically dislocating knee caps.

3.  I love anything to do with yarn.  I am even learning to spin yarn and I dream of owning a yarn shop.

4.  I spend way to much time facebook.com, plurk.com, ravelry.com and now here.

5.  I swim/float at the local YMCA 3 times per week to try to keep what little mobility I have from diminishing.

6.  I am childless by choice.

7.  My greatest fear is that of becoming bed ridden.

8.  My favorite food is cheese and my favorite beverage is diet coke.

9.  I love Hallmark movies.

10.  I live with chronic and acute pain everyday, but I am terrified of the pain of open rny.

Why not........I'll play too:

1.  I'm petrified of heights and ladders!
2.  I LOVE rollercoasters!!  (doesn't seem to go with #1 does it?)
3. I've had more surgeries than I can count on both hands.
3.  I've worn glasses since I was about 1.5 years old (and I still hate them!)
5.  I can't count (see #3 above......twice.....no, I didn't do that on purpose)
6.  I love shopping and spending money (even though I don't have any!!)
7.  I'm a gadget geek!
8.  I've been married for nearly 10 years!  OMG......can't believe it's been that long!
9.  I still see myself as morbidly obese.....I'm still a work in progress here!
10.  I have 2 step-grandchildren that I would love to see and get to know better (too bad they are in California now!)

9) my power drill charger is not on my back deck
10) loss of my power drill charger is making me crazy

oh yeah and a bonus....

11) loss of my power drill charger is making me have a one track mind tonight.

you crack me up, and i miss you when your too busy to post.  thank God your "Vibrator" doesn't have a charger???

1.  I was adopted at 6 months old
2. Found my biological family when I was 27-8 siblings 4 of whom have not wanted to meet me...not sure they even know
3. I read murder mysteries ALL the time-rather read than anything...make myself do my work first to earn reading time or I wouldn't do anything.
4. Love my children to distraction and don't always know where to draw the boundary line....
5. Still sometimes think of myself as a failed fat girl, with a Master's degree-incongruent!
6. LOVE the Carribean and will be scattered there when I die...
7. Have hated winter since I was a child...see above...
8. Been married for 35 years to my college sweetheart, we have a 34 yo son,39 yo disabled son, and 24 yo daughter. 3 grands but you all know that!!!
9. JOined Curves last week and passed out yesterday during my workout....????
10. Have battled anxiety for most of my adult life...is that TMI?

1. I'm 40 and just started college (scary)
2. I have 2 beautiful children 14 yr old son, 12 yr old daughter & 21 yr old step son
3. I've been married for 4 yrs in April
4. I hate winter, snow, cold......
5. I'm too scared to move south, would miss family too much
6. I joined the gym last Monday and have been very faithful, hopefully it will last
7. I would love to visit Hawaii
8. I love Rachael Ray
9. I love animals
10. I love to shop
