You scared me - don't do that to an OLD woman. Glad you are out of the hospital but know that back pain is awful and the pain meds really mess with our altered digestive systems - can you say constipation.

Hello to all.hope everyone is having a good weekend soo far.it sure is flying by fast.monday comes around too quick.
how is the weather where you all live.we reached 108 here again yesterday.supposed to be only in the 90's for a few days this week we will see.we sure could use some more rain but the only thing it makes the grass grow soo fast.
susie glad you are back home and your heart is doing ok.we will be praying for your back.
barbara good to see you on here again.how is your hubby and baby doing.
we read on facebook where jan and joe are pulling out monday morning.they will be making a few stops on the way and the 29 fly to their new home.lets keep them in our prayers for a safe trip.jan said they will be getting skype.

I just got out of the hospital. I was having severe muscle spasms in my back and then had some chest pains so they put me in the cardiac ICU. I still have bad spasms in my bad and can hardly move but my heart checked out fine. Back pain is miserable. Keep me in your prayers.

Hello to all. it is finally friday.to thoses that have the weekend off we know you are ready for it to be here.
hard to believe that one month from sat is the first day of fallalready.time sure does fly by when you are having fun.lol.
hope everyone is staying cool.sure got hot here again.supposed to be worse today.had to water my plants again yesterday.we are still under a burn ban.no barbeques till it is lifted.
how are you doing barbara and susie and all the others.we know you all have been busy.wish we could see everyone again.
andy talked to jan yesterday.they are closing on their house today and by monday or tuesday they will be on the road heading for their new home.we want to wish them a lot of luck and pray for safe travel.andy told jan how to put skype on her computer so we aleast could see her some time.we all sure will miss them.
everyone have a great day.have to finish my protien coffee and get ready to go to work soon.we love you all.everyone is in our thoughts and prayers.hugs

WOW!!! we just had a storm come thru here sure did make a lot of noise. plus some hail, and lots of rain dont know how much cause we have packed our rain guage but it is still raining some....
Got to go get my protein coffee made and get going for the day...we have to run to Forsyth (well really drive) dont think i could run that far, sure wish i could lol ...but have some legal stuff loose ends to tie up to get ready to close on our properties....cant wait to be done with them now that we have finally let loose emotionally...I have dug up so many flowers that im giving to so many people dont know what will be left here next spring , of course the bushes and things but ......

Hello to everyone.how is your week going soo far for you all.
we are doing good.had a few days off of work.my regular days off but togther now i have to go back tomorrow.
the weather sure is going to get hot again here.we are going to reach 101 today with a heat index of 105.by tomorrow 107 and the heat index is supposed to be high again.we got a little rain last night but not near enough for our plants.just enough to make the lawn grow too much and now it needs to be cut again already.
my fall tomotoes and peppers are coming up nice.we have green bell peppers and andys favorite hot peppers growing.i have a hugh spider plant that is growing like crazy nice and green and lots of babies on it and now they are blooming little white flowers.
i dont know your name but the new girl who is having surgery soon.how is your liquid diet coming along for you.we know you can do it.surgery will be here before you know it.
lana we miss jan already too.andy and i want to get skype too we can talk to you and jan too.andy is going to call you today on how to hook up skype
