I live in Grand Island, I had lap band surgery done in Sept.   My regual GP has done all of my preop and post op lab work,  ( by the way he wanted me to have the gastric bypass but my mind was made up for the lap band)  so if you are looking for a good general practioner Dr. Werner at the Grand Island Clinic is wonderful.   He spends lots of time with you each time you are going in going over past medical history, he isn't just a hello and goodbye Dr. he reviews your chart each time you are there.  And also very supportive of me when I finally decided to have weight loss surgery.
