I'm back from my first fill!

I'll let my ticker tell the weight loss.  It was so nice today to be able to fiddle with my ticker at last-I am sure that is the longest I've gone between weighing or measuring and it was becoming agony.  I have a follow up appointment in 3 weeks, so I am going to hold off weighing until then.  After that, I may not have frequent appointments and will settle on weighing every one or two weeks. At first I was a little disappointed, but then I thought about the amount of effort and stress that went in to achieve that-basically I just made choices and lived my life.  It wasn't easy, but it wasn't bad either.   I've also lost a solid clothing size and celebrated with a little treat or two at the Liz Claiborne outlet in Conroe. I'm going to update my blog with more particulars, the trip, how it all felt, how I felt, traveling while on liquids....but I wanted to say hello here first!

Eighteen gone gone gone for good! just remember u lost more than that... u gained while having surgery due to the liquids so u r doing fabulous! I am so happy for u! U now will lose even more! Can't wait for the next update!

Since I had 0 long pants it was almost a neccesity.  12.99 for a pair of Liz Jeans is an awesome treat.  (I know it's tacky to talk about prices but if I don't TELL anyone how cheap they were no one will know.....aaaaagh).
