Weighed today-13 more pounds gone, 38 total. I'm so happy! I go back to the doctor in a couple of weeks-I'll weigh again then. I'd like to see at least 5 more pounds gone.

Deb, that is so great. You will be to goal before you know it. Keep up all of your walking with Prissy and it will be dropping off of you.

I am really thrilled-the exercise has kicked it up a notch and I'm not really exercising that much, just a lot more than before, which was not at all.
