I'd be happy to bunk up with one of the single gals if they don't mind.  I'd hate to hog a room all to myself.....maybe you could just put me on the couch somewhere?  Heck, I'd be happy camping on the beach....

Well, I would definitely have to say that that is the most generous offer that I have seen on here.  For anyone to open up thier home like that and in such a beautiful place, that is unreal.  Though I would love to be considered to take part in that I will not be able to.  This time next year my husband will be spending a fun filled year in the sandbox and probably would not appreciate me going to another sandbox without him...lol... But I do have to tell you that looks like one awesome place to visit and hope that all of you have a fabulous time....

I have not responded to your posts, but do read them all. What a wonderful offer and i would definitely love to be included! We have not vacationed in quite some time due to finances -- we have completeed and international adoption and are just finishing up the third of our children's weddings. Then with being self pay there is not much left over for vacations. Nancy

Thomas, you know my answer - we've already talked about it!! However, Randy and I would be glad to come any time. It would be a lot of fun to come with all the others, but if you need the space for someone else, we'll come another time. (and you won't have to put us up as long as we can visit with you and have dinner). Your offer is vey generous and I know it comes from the heart. Wow, what an amazing offer.  My husband and I had talked about a nice trip next summer since our vacation money plus for this year was spent as a self-pay patient (RNY)  I'd do it all over again though.  You are way too generous.  I'd love to say count me and my husband in if you have space!!!  I will be saying a prayer for you as your procedure approaches.  I've now passed the century mark with my procedure.  I lost 38 pounds prior to surgery on March 12th and 67 pounds since for a total of 105!!!  Woohoo....break out the swim suits.....I feel like I now have a chance at actually living life and not being a by-standard!!!  Thanks again!! Well I think i've got a good list of folks who want to do it.  So I've got some planning to do...  I'll be putting the lists together and putting some dates down and trying to get this stuff set in concrete.  I'll be chatting with some of you so that I'll know who MUST travel with their favorites...lol So I'll let you peeps know after I get back from my surgery! I'm so excited to be able to host my friends and let all of you know how important it is to have your support! See ya... T.

Want to do what?  BTW, there are plenty of us around to help if you need something while you're in Edmond.  Let me know and we'll set up a support group.  Also, we have support groups that meet at the hospital the first Thursday in July.  If you're still around be sure and come to the meeting !

Could you put me and hubby down on your list.  We've been married 20 years and never had a real honeymoon...okay after 20 years the honemoon wouldn't be the same.  But I've never seen the Ocean which would be WAY cool. 

Wow!  What a generous offer. I'm not from OK (I live in Michigan)  but visit here almost every day.  I consider the folks on this board as dear friends and whenever I have needed support they never let me down.  That being said - would it be possible to count me in for the trip?  My hubby and I  haven't had a vacation in years. Unfortunately, he is very ill right now and is in desperate need of a liver transplant.  My prayer is that he will receive a liver soon and will be healthy enough to make the trip should we be offered the opportunity. But, whatever happens, please know that just reading your generous offer blessed my day.  You sound like an incredibly kind and generous person - God bless you always.   And keep us all posted on how this all works out.
