Today is my 6 month Surgiversary.

CONGRATS SURGERY BUDDY!  I have 15 days to my 6 month surgiversary.  I need to lose some more so I will be at the century mark!  I am trying.  I rode my bike yesterday and kicked my butt!!!  lol  I fear I am going to build up a bunch of muscle and not lose...but I will give it a go.  You keep hanging in there.  You are doing so awesome!!!  Are you coming to my neck of the woods for the dinner on the 18???  I have to make a follow up with Dr. B before I get in trouble.  I left 2 messages with the girls and never got a call back so I put it off as work is beyond crazy all the time!!  No excuse I know!  Do we get lab work at 6 months???  (((((HUGS RIGHT BACK AT YOU!!)))))  Diana

Diana, I am not sure yet if Iam going to Alfredo's or not. My Dad has been sick and in the hospital. I would like to, but just don't know yet. Yes we get labs drawn at 6 months. They check all your vitamin levels and everything. Mine were all good, yea!!. I am sorry that you are having trouble getting through to make an appointment to see Dr. B.

Keep trying or email [email protected]  and let her know that you are not getting called back. I think that is her address. If not let me know. Hope to see you soon. I admire you for getting on that Bike. I'm just not that brave, lol. Rita

Rita, i'm so happy to know that this thing has been working for you.  You do a lot in trying to help people feel better about the changes that their body is forced to adapt to after the surgery...  The Oklahoma group is lucky to have you! T.

Congrats Rita!  You were such in inspiration to me when I was in the hospital back on March 12th.  Time flies.  It's just awesome to have such wonderful friends on line that know exactly what we're going through.  Debbie!

Thanks Guys. I forgot to tell you that I had my six month follow up with Dr. Walton today. My labs were fantastic. Some of my vitamin panels were even high. I guess taking them really works.

Hi Rita!!! Congrats on your surgiversary! :) I just wanted to say thank you for taking such good care of me in the hospital!!! Everyone there is so wonderful and I just can't thank you all enough!!! Hugs! Liz

Rita, You know I love ya...I know your skill at dressing wounds really well,  I love that you held my hand during my lab draw, and I love how much you care. You look fantastic! I hope your father feels better really soon.

Congratulations, Rita.  You are doing awesome.  I'm at a standstill but I keep plugging away.  I have my second fill with Dr. B tomorrow.
